We cultivated mouse fibroblast cell, induced and guided fat cells, then enlarged fat cells. After cultivated this cell in insulin-containing medium24hours and decreased insulin secretion, we added composition of “salmon milt extract/ beer yeast extract/ chicken collagen and mineral-containing
yeast” as 50㎍/ml and 250㎍/ml. Then we found the result that adiponectin concentration was increased compared with additive‐free (control)condition, after culturing 48 hours at 37℃.
