  • 「Composition having lipolysis promoting action」Patent overview

The "composition having a lipolysis-promoting action" of the present invention is one having an excellent lipolysis and blood pressure lowering action due to a synergistic action with "salmon milt extract/beer yeast extract/young barley leaf extract/chicken collagen". is.

  • 「Lipolysis promoting action」

The experiment involves (i) culturing fat precursor cells in mice, adding a fat cell differentiation-inducing agent to induce differentiation to fat cells, (ii) further culturing the cells in an insulin-containing medium, and then, it added “Salmon white fruit extract, beer yeast extract, barley young leaf extract, chicken collagen”. (iii) The fat decomposition effect was measured from the amount of glycerol because the fat decomposes to produce glycerol. The barley young leaf extract had a lipolytic action separately, but the mixture added with each component has a lipolytic action superior to the state of the barley young leaf extract.

  • 「ACE inhibitory activity」

As an experiment of the hypotensive action, a substance obtained by adding a digestive enzyme (Pepsin trypsin) to each component and mixture and then freeze-drying the deactivated processing liquid is used to measure the absorbance value. It has been found that the cause of elevated blood pressure is angiotensin I's ACE-converting enzyme, which results in angiotensin II, which is caused by the constriction of blood vessels that angiotensin II has. On the other hand, the enzyme-treated mixture showed good ACE inhibitory activity and expected blood pressure drop.

  • 「Adiponectin production accelerating composition」Patent overview

As the main component of salmon milt extract, the invented adiponectin production accelerating composition has beer yeast extract, chicken collagen and mineral-containing yeast and excellent adiponectin production accelerating effect by mixing them.

◎Adiponectin is physiological active substance (cytokine) secreted from fat cells and one of good substance. It repairs damaged blood vessels (standard value 5~10㎍/ml) occurring in considerable quantity in the blood and prevents and improves arteriosclerosis. And insulin will work better so that it will be useful for prevention and improvement of diabetes. The more visceral fat increases, secretion of Adiponectin decreases, blood concentration is reduced.Because adiponectin itself can’t be ingested directly, it is important to ingest nutrients promoting adiponectin secretion.

  • 「Adiponectin production accelerating effect」

    “Example”
We cultivated mouse fibroblast cell, induced and guided fat cells, then enlarged fat cells. After cultivated this cell in insulin-containing medium24hours and decreased insulin secretion, we added composition of “salmon milt extract/ beer yeast extract/ chicken collagen and mineral-containing
yeast” as 50㎍/ml and 250㎍/ml. Then we found the result that adiponectin concentration was increased compared with additive‐free (control)condition, after culturing 48 hours at 37℃.
