Born in Toyohashi City, Aichi Prefecture in April 1938, he graduated from School of Political Science and Economics at Waseda University, and served as a reporter and commentator for the NHK Political Department, and then moved to the political world, becoming a member of the House of Representatives and a member of the House of Councilors. During this time, he served as Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Defense, Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs, Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs, Deputy Chief Cabinet Secretary, Judge of the Judge Impeachment Court, and got an honorable retirement from the House of Councilors in July 2010.

It was held at Tokyo Big Sight from September 9 (Mon.) to 11 (Wed.), 2019.
Our laboratory Genetic Bio-Lab Co., Ltd. exhibited in the booth of "Hokudai Business Spring."
